Subject: This week’s newsletter – Sunday 23rd April 2023 and AGM attachments

Dear friends

Welcome to this week’s newsletter, which is in a slightly different format. As we have our Annual Vestry Meeting (AGM) next Thursday 27th April, you will find attached a copy of the agenda, the draft churches’ annual report, consolidated accounts for 2022, Estates report and MA Gift Aid Secretary report in preparation for the meeting. Anyone wishing to attend the meeting needs to please email Imogen to confirm their attendance.

Also attached is a Diary 2023 document, which provides a very brief overview of all events scheduled between now and December throughout the MA. As there are lots of AGM attachments, we thought it would be easier to put the events into one diary document for you! If you have an event scheduled and it’s not in the diary, please let Imogen know as soon as possible.

Don’t forget, this weekend is busy with the following events.

Saturday 22nd April 2023, starting 7pm.

Cyffylliog comedy night

All proceeds to St Mary’s Church Cyffylliog. See poster attached for full details.

Sunday 23rd April, 6.30pm at St Peter’s Ruthin

The weekend after is a great opportunity to fill up your garden borders and pots! Come along to the…

LLANARMON FLOWER FESTIVAL AND EXHIBITION

Drop in Fridays at St Peter’s Ruthin

Pop in and see us between 9am and 1pm every Friday. Please see poster attached for details.

Please don’t forget to get in touch with me to let me know if you are planning any special services, events, fundraising activities, or simply anything which others in the MA would like to attend (there’s lots, I’m sure!). My email is imogen@dyffrynclwyd.co.uk and new mobile number is 07543 504486.

And finally, please don’t forget that not everyone is contactable via email or has Internet access. We would all be ever so grateful if you could please share all the many events and activities with your churches through notices, noticeboards, or simply word of mouth. Thank you!

Kind regards
