Part of the St Elidan’s Wellbeing Weekend promoting wellness and healing in all it’s forms
Learn to walk minfully, being truly present in the moment and aware of the beauty and countless miracles that surround us on a daily basis. The walk will take us in a circle, taking in rivers, woodland and fields, beginning and ending at the Church. The route is mostly flat and will be at a gentle pace with plenty of stops.
There is a suggested donation of £5 each for the walk.
