There are two pilgrimage walks planned in August at the beginning and end of the month. Please see newsletter for more details.
There is a different Evensong taking place in Llanychan on 21st August, with a chance to sing some of your favourite hymns, hear some of the members of the newly formed Dyffryn Clwyd Singers and enjoy a glass of pimms, outdoors weather permitting, with donations going to the church funds.
This week’s Social Event
This Saturday 30th July – Community BBQ at Llanbedr from 4.00pm – 6.00pm.
Come along to the churchyard to celebrate the beginning of harvest. Known as Lamas, traditionally it was this time of year that the first harvest was being brought-in. All welcome to join in the community BBQ.
Regular Events
St Peter’s Ruthin, Drop in Friday has a varied summer programme with different themes each week. This Friday 29th June they will be showing a film. Call in anytime between 10.00am and 2.00pm there is always soup at lunchtime, or if you would like to volunteer as an occasional helper do come along and find out more.
Teen Screen the next film and social evening for our young people will be on Friday 12th August.
