Newsletter for Transfiguration Sunday

Hi All

I hope you are all having a good week and keeping well.

Attached is the newsletter and reading sheets for this Sunday as we celebrate the Feast of the Transfiguration of Christ.

You’ll notice on the news sheet that you will no longer need to book in advance to come to church, but you will need to either log-in with the QR code for the NHS app or leave a name and contact number at the door for track & trace. You are also now allowed to sit together, 6 people of different households can now share a pew but we must still maintain the 2 metre social distancing between pews.

We have also ceased our online streaming of services as there are plenty of opportunities to come and join a service either on Sunday or during the week. If you, or someone you know is now unable to attend church in person please let one of the clergy know so we can arrange to visit and bring home communion. We are also looking to append our Pastoral Network team so that others can help share in this valuable ministry. If you or anyone you know is interested just get in touch with Rev Richard Carter who heads up our pastoral network team.

This Saturday (7th of August) we will be continuing our Summer of Fun with Wild Church in Llanbedr Churchyard at 2pm and next week sees the return of The Bridge in St Peter’s Ruthin on Sunday, 15th of August at 10.30am.

Yours
