Dear friends
This is my first newsletter as Administrator within Dyffryn Clwyd, so I do hope you receive it all safe and sound!
As well as sending you the weekly newsletter, I have created two Christmas posters which I hope will be useful for you and all your churches and communities. The first poster contains details of all the events happening throughout Advent and in the lead up to Christmas. The second poster contains all the services which are scheduled for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
There are quite a lot of events happening over the next few weeks so I would be very grateful if you could please share these posters with anyone not on the newsletter distribution list, and perhaps display on your noticeboards, Facebook pages and throughout any other groups, too. You will also see that I have attached a copy of an email from Ceri Jones at the Diocesan Office. This will only apply to a minority of churches which have rental properties, but I felt it was important to share with you.
We are leading up to Christmas and are in the second week of Advent. Please join us as we celebrate with readings and music, and will be thinking about Advent and how we use this important pre-Christmas season.
Please also hold our clergy and MAC members in your thoughts and prayers as they meet on Saturday 3rd December to discuss the vision of a future team of ministry for Dyffryn Clwyd.
