Newsletter for Easter 2

Hi All

Alleluia! Christ is risen!
He is risen indeed! Alleluia

I hope everyone is keeping well and safe and enjoying Easter… unfortunately I have yet to say He is Risen to anyone as I’m still stuck inside with covid… I had the faintest of lines on my test this morning, so I’m hoping tomorrow and Sunday mornings will be clear so I can join the celebrations…

Attached, please find the newsletter and reading sheet for this Sunday.
I’ve also attached the agenda for Thursday’s annual Easter Vestry meeting, this is our equivalent of Annual General Meeting and is open to everyone, although if you want to vote please do make sure you are on the electoral roll for Dyffryn Clwyd. Here we will present the accounts, vote confirming church wardens and MAC representatives who act as the Trustee’s for all that we do as a church. Please do come along and join the meeting, 7pm in Llanfair DC. If anyone wants to raise questions at the Easter Vestry, it would be useful to have their questions beforehand (to make sure I have the information to be able to answer, if you ask questions on the night I will do my best but if it’s about particular details of the finances then I might need to get back to you).

Due to my isolation, I’ll be missing tonights Teen’s go Wild, although as it’s next door I’m sure I’ll hear the young people gathered around the fire pit enjoying the evening sun…
Likewise I’ll have to miss the coffee morning in Hirawen tomorrow…

But there’s plenty of things coming up to look forward to… details are on the news sheet.

Yours
